MAP OF THE GRANDSTANDS

The COTA circuit provides a variety of grandstand options for an unforgettable race-viewing experience, each offering unique perspectives of the action. Whether you prefer the thrill of the main straight, the excitement of high-speed corners, or a panoramic view of the track, there’s a grandstand/watching zone to suit your preferences.

All tickets for the 2024 race were general admission, providing access to select permanent grandstands. Children aged 12 and under attend for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

For the 2024 event, only a limited number of grandstands were open, including the Main Grandstand, T1 Grandstand, and the T12 and T15 Grandstands.

Details about grandstand options for the 2025 event have yet to be announced.

Main Grandstand

This is the largest grandstand on the COTA circuit, with a great view of the start and finish straight, the main pit lane and the podium. Spectators in the main grandstand can watch exciting race starts, pit stops and podium celebrations.

Grandstand Turn 1

This grandstand is located at the apex of the circuit's characteristic first corner and provides spectators with an excellent view of the cars as they negotiate the challenging first corner. Turn 1 is renowned for its overtaking opportunities and exciting racing action.

Grandstand Turn 12

Spectators in this grandstand at Turn 12 have an excellent view of the cars approaching Turn 12, one of the key overtaking opportunities on the circuit. This section often sees intense jockeying for position, with drivers trying to pass each other as they enter the left-hand slow corner.

Grandstand Turn 15

The grandstand at Turn 15, located near the end of the circuit, offers a view of the cars approaching the hairpin before they return to the start/finish straight. This grandstand gives spectators a different view of the racing action and shows the drivers' skills as they negotiate the circuit's corners. The grandstand has two sections.
