RULES FOR VISITORS

As with other FIA WEC events, Lone Star Le Mans visitors must abide by the rules set by the organisers. Below you will find a basic overview of them:

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

Items that could cause property damage, disrupt the race, or pose a safety risk to the public are strictly prohibited by law. This includes any merchandise or tickets intended for commercial resale. All attendees entering the event area will be subject to a security check or search. Refusing to cooperate may result in denial of entry without a refund.

Please be aware that certain items are not permitted in the event area. The list of prohibited items includes, but is not limited to:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Animals or pets (except for service animals)
• Bags exceeding 12x12x20 inches (approx. 30x30x50 cm)
• Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, Segways, golf carts, or other unauthorised vehicles
• Coolers, thermoses, or refrigerators
• Metal water bottles
• Drones
• Food and beverages (unless otherwise specified)
• Fireworks, explosives, flares, or other incendiary devices
• Glass containers of any kind
• Unauthorised substances
• E-liquids or vape juice
• Items that could be considered a nuisance or safety hazard (e.g., balls, frisbees, balloons, projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers, etc.)
• Non-folding chairs
• Tents or shelters
• Unauthorised promotional or commercial material
• Weapons, including but not limited to guns, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs, and nightsticks

WHAT CAN YOU BRING WITH YOU?

We recommend that visitors attending FIA WEC events travel light and bring only the essentials. Pack items such as money, your phone, a spare battery for your camera, and of course, tickets for each specific day and valid identification for yourself and any accompanying children.

The following items are allowed into the event area:

• Baby strollers
• Binoculars
• Blankets
• Camelbaks (must be empty)
• One 20oz (approx. 0.6 litre) factory-sealed water bottle per guest
• Personal photography equipment (e.g., digital cameras, detachable lenses, point-and-shoot cameras). Note: tripods, bipods, and monopods are not allowed.
• Portable folding chairs
• Sunscreen (plastic bottle only, no aerosol cans)
• Small, hand-held umbrellas
