The Circuit of the Americas (COTA) offers several parking options, both official and unofficial, in the surrounding area. Below is an overview to help you choose the best option for your visit, along with some tips to make your trip easier.
The most convenient choice is using COTA’s official parking lots, which allow you to park relatively close to the circuit. Parking costs for FIA WEC can range from around $35 to nearly $70 per car for the weekend.
Keep in mind that traffic near the circuit can be heavy during race weekends, potentially adding hours to your
journey.
Unofficial parking lots are located slightly farther from the circuit, typically requiring a 15–20 minute walk to the venue. While less convenient, they offer several advantages:
Many of these lots are privately operated, but some have websites where you can make reservations in advance—a highly recommended option. If booking online isn’t available, it’s a good idea to bring cash, as some operators may not accept credit cards.
